I'm the only Board Certified (NBC-HWC) Functional Health Coach specialising in Perimenopause in the UK. In 2019 I retrained as a Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC) following my experience of living with multiple autoimmune diseases.
I was working with a local non-profit and realised that many of my midlife female clients were going through perimenopause. Many of them were already taking HRT but not feeling that much better. Some clients were unable to start hormone therapy. I started to apply Functional Health strategies with these women and within a few weeks symptoms had decreased. They were looking and feeling better. I was consistently told that they felt better than 'before'. I undertook further menopause training to tie all of my knowledge together. This course forms a simple introduction to strategies which work.
In the future I'd love to have my work included in medical research. Why? Because nobody else is taking this approach to women's health. Feeling good at midlife should be a no brainer, it should be possible for everyone. The purpose of the MenoCourse is to help women to feel better and look forward to their future with joy and positivity rather than the dread that some of my clients feel.
The MenoCourse is designed to help all women. Whether your choose/are able to take Hormone Replacement Therapy or not. The MenoCourse is a great first step... After following the course you might choose to undertake further hormonal testing (DUTCH Complete) or individual coaching.
